I ride my Globe mountain bike down the channel to the ocean right now, but I want a cool helmet for when I ride in Yosemite in the summer. I was looking at a few of the Pro-Tec models, and I fancy the Cyphon and B2 model looks, if it helps. Thanks for reading!
Just an aside, what is considered a lot for a bicycle helmet?

I mean…we moved here from Mississippi so we could experience the outdoors….yeah right! My dad is jobless and he cant find one due to lack of jobs open….he has a bunch of free time (other than time to search for jobs) to take me yet we still cant go. Dont get me wrong, i have a better relationship with my mother but this seems like one of the things she wont let us do. Why does she want us huddled up in a house all day? I want to go out and stop getting overweight…….get some fresh air. I sound like some lame retard but i am getting claustrophobic in a house with 4000 square feet!

I was mountain biking and thought I could go over a 3 feet log. I’ve done it before but this one had thin slime growing on it and I crashed full speed and landed on right side of my head. I thought I had bashed my face in at first but only injuries I had was a cracked right sinus,2 broken ribs, and multitude of scrapes and lacerations.

But when I took my helmet off it was cracked right down the middle!

Has this happened to anyone else?

It was a blast!! I was so proud I showed my helmet to everyone I know.

I want to do it again but don’t want to get killed or paralyzed. Am I crazy that it made me feel great and more alive?
