What drink is best to drink while cycling a 100k audax?

This will be my first 100k cycle run, and is there any good drink i can drink while cycling?

i usually drink water, but is something like ribena good? orange juice?

    I often do rides of that length, and I use water. If I need something extra, I take along a couple of energy gelpacks. Any sport drink will be fine, you have to experiment, some people find that certain drinks upset their stomachs, you need to find out for yourself.

    I carry two water bottles.One with water, one with Gatorade.You need to replace what your body sweats out.

    Apple juice has lots of potassium, some sodium, and lots of sugar. Gatorade would work too.

    personally i use 60/40 mix water with grapefruit juice. but alot of ppl find it to hard on stomach. orange juice works too. just don’t mix too even a ratio. use on training rides before big ride to test. i take a camel bak of water too.
