Ducati. You will find that a Ducati will respond so fast that were you not holding on tight to the handlebar you will be thrown off the bike. A Ducati moves very fast and responds immediately. I don’t suggest riding one if you have a small frame as you wouldn’t be able to control the bike, it will control you.
Any of the known brand bikes are fine for someone starting racing and it would depend upon how tall you are which would suit you. If you are under 5’6 then look at the crf150r if a lot taller look at any of the known brand 250f’s.
I would ignore the suggestion of a Ducati as they may be wonderful bikes but I don’t think they would do too well on a mx track
go with yamaha yz125 or 250f or 250 2stroke
go for an 85cc 2stroke dirtbike
